The Inaugural Kanawha Valley PDGA (Professional Disk Golf Association) Regional Tournament

The Inaugural Kanawha Valley PDGA (Professional Disk Golf Association) Regional Tournament was held at Redeemer Park in Charleston WV on August 15, 2015 as a part of the Charleston, WV 2015 SportsFEST.  The Charleston Convention & Visitors Bureau is excited to announce SportsFEST at Magic Island on Aug. 14-16, 2015.

The PDGA Tournament includes 36 holes on Saturday along with 18 holes on Sunday. This tournament is being sponsored by the Charleston Convention and Visitors Bureau and Lifetite Metal Products.  There will be an additional $5,000.00 added to the player’s packages and payout for this tournament.

SportsFEST events include events such as the Professional Water-cross National Championship, an EVP Volleyball Tournament and a 5K Glow Run. West Virginia welcomes the largest collection of sanctioned sporting events including: PDGA- pro disk golf tournament, 3-on-3 basketball, cheerleading, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, tennis, the Charlie West Skateboard Fest, and a cross-fit challenge. Physical activities and free entertainment suits all age groups and levels of expertise.
